We have spent two decades keeping other people's products dry.
Asia Packaging manufactures silica gel, desiccants and moisture-control packaging at Gorwa BIDC Industrial Estate in Vadodara, Gujarat — and supplies them into more than forty countries.
Who we are
A moisture problem is rarely a product problem.
Customers usually come to us asking for silica gel. Often silica gel is not what they need — or not all of what they need, or not in the format they had in mind.
A carton and a shipping container are different problems by an order of magnitude. A specification written as a dew point is asking for molecular sieve, not gel. A sachet in a crate nobody sealed is not underperforming; it is doing exactly what physics requires. Getting those distinctions right is most of the value we add.
So we manufacture a deliberately wide range — fifty-one products across bulk silica gel, packed desiccants, container systems, indicators and packaging materials — and we spend the first conversation working out which part of it your application actually calls for.

What we do
Manufacturing, supply and specification.
Three things, and the third is the one customers tell us they value most.
In-house manufacturing
We produce at Gorwa BIDC, Vadodara. Manufacturing our own material is what keeps lead times short on standard products and makes odd sizes and custom pouch materials a routine request rather than a special project.
Industrial-scale supply
From 25-piece trial quantities up to 500 kg container bags and 100,000-piece continuous strip for automated lines. Both ends of that range matter — you should be able to trial a product before you commit to it.
Technical specification
Send us the product, the enclosure, the route and the storage period. You get a material, a dose and a format back. If your existing specification is over-dosed, we will say so.
Quality
What we will and will not claim.
We are ISO 9001 certified. Our silica gel range is supplied DMF-free and cobalt-free, and our Tyvek desiccant packs come with MSDS, SGS and RoHS documentation on request. Our food grade desiccant is SGS certified. Export packing is ISPM-15, IATA and ISO compliant.
We are equally clear about what we do not claim. If a certification is not listed on our quality page, we do not hold it, and we will tell you that before you specify our product into a submission rather than after.
