Your enclosure is not a standard size. Your desiccant need not be either.
Fourteen standard pouch weights cover most applications. When they do not, odd sizes, alternative pouch materials and printed packs are routine work here — not a special project with a special lead time.
What we can change
Six variables, specified around how you actually pack.
Most customers change one or two of these. Some change all six.
Weight & size
Any weight between 0.5 g and 5 kg, including the odd sizes that fall between our fourteen standards. One correctly-sized unit is better than three approximate ones.
Pouch material
Tyvek where it must not tear or shed fibres. Non-woven against soft goods. Cloth for rough handling. Paper where cost dominates. Composite and filter paper for clay.
Fill & grade
White non-indicating, blue indicating, orange cobalt-free, DMF-free, clay, calcium chloride, or a silica gel and activated carbon blend where odour matters too.
Printing
Printed pouches to your artwork — branding, warnings, batch fields or multilingual text. Tyvek takes print particularly well and is one-side sealed for that reason.
Format for your line
Loose sachets for hand packing, rigid canisters for high-speed insertion, continuous roll or strip for automated lines, integrated caps where a loose sachet is unacceptable.
Outer packing
Bulk cartons, inner poly liners, sealed cans for indicator cards, container bags up to 500 kg — packed the way it needs to arrive at your stores.

From requirement to first delivery
The more you tell us about the enclosure and the journey, the less of your money we will spend on desiccant you did not need.

Describe the application
What is being protected, the enclosure dimensions, the route, the storage period, and how you pack it today.

We specify
Material, dose, pack size, pouch material and format — with the reasoning, so you can challenge it.

Sample and trial
Several lines start at 25 pieces precisely so you can trial on one shipment before committing.

Verify with indicator cards
Put cards in a sample of packs on the trial. What comes back tells you whether the dose is right.

Fix the specification
Adjust against the evidence, then run it. From that point you are dosing on measurement, not habit.
