Synthetic zeolite adsorbent
Molecular Sieve
3A, 4A, 5A and 13X zeolites for applications where silica gel cannot drive the humidity low enough.
Dries far below the level silica gel can reach

Deep drying, process adsorbents and packaging desiccants for hygroscopic chemical products.
The context
Chemical manufacturers need adsorbents in two places: inside the process, drying solvents and gas streams, and around the product, keeping hygroscopic material dry in the drum. The specification is usually tighter than packaging duty and is often written as a dew point.
Molecular sieve where the target is very low water content, activated alumina where liquid water contact is possible, silica gel for packaging and drum-level protection. We will size the bed or the charge against your flow and dew point target.
Moisture risks
Each of these has its own threshold and its own failure signature. Knowing which one you are fighting is what sets the target humidity.
Hygroscopic product caking
Salts and powders take up ambient moisture and set solid in the drum.
Solvent water content
Reactions sensitive to water need solvents dried well below what silica gel achieves.
Catalyst deactivation
Trace moisture poisons sensitive catalyst systems.
Corrosion of process equipment
Wet gas streams corrode downstream pipework and instrumentation.
Specification drift on storage
Water content rises over shelf life and moves product out of specification.
Recommended products
Synthetic zeolite adsorbent
3A, 4A, 5A and 13X zeolites for applications where silica gel cannot drive the humidity low enough.
Dries far below the level silica gel can reach
Sodium zeolite, 10 Å pore
Sodium X zeolite for gas purification and drying, regenerating at 250–300 °C.
Large pore size for gas purification duty
Aluminium oxide adsorbent
Aluminium oxide spheres for compressed air drying and water treatment duty.
Robust drying media that tolerates liquid water contact
Adsorbent carbon
Coconut shell, wood and coal based activated carbon for odour and volatile control.
Removes odour and volatiles that desiccants leave behind
White adsorbent, no indicator
Plain white silica gel with the broadest mesh range in the catalogue and the highest published loading at high humidity.
Highest published adsorption — ≥70% at 90% RH
Process drying media
Grades selected for dynamic drying duty — compressed air lines, gas streams and equipment protection.
Dries flowing air and gas streams, not just static packs
Compliance & documentation
Technical data sheets and MSDS supplied for all adsorbent grades.
