Three fibres so the filler can be matched to the formulation
Cotton is absorbent, rayon is low-lint, polyester is inert and does not hold moisture. Which one is correct depends entirely on the formulation it is sitting against — a hygroscopic tablet should not be packed against an absorbent filler.
