The Absorpole is designed around the shape of a container. It hangs in the corrugated recess of the side panel, so it occupies space that cargo cannot use anyway, and its brine chamber is below the salt — as the calcium chloride deliquesces, the liquid drains away from the active material instead of blinding it. Between four and eight poles protect a 20 ft container depending on route and cargo.
