High-volume machine strip

Silica gel in continuous strip form for the highest-throughput automated insertion lines.

Sachets, Pouches & Packs
Feeds straight into automated pharmaceutical packaging lines
Roll form exists for one reason: throughput. Individual sachets are supplied joined in a continuous strip that mounts directly onto an insertion machine, which cuts and drops one sachet per container at line speed. Below a few thousand units a day it is not worth it; above that it is the only sensible format.
| Format | Continuous roll |
|---|---|
| Sachet weights | 0.5 g, 1 g, 2 g |
| Minimum order | 20,000 pieces |
Custom sizes are routine. If none of the standard weights suit your enclosure, tell us the dimensions and we will quote an odd size, a different pouch material, or printed pouches to your artwork.
Available on request with your order. Tell us what your market or auditor requires before you specify the product.
Send us your enclosure size, quantity and destination. We will confirm the right grade, pack size and lead time — and tell you if a different product would serve you better.
